This was extremely disappointing. The invitations and enclosure cards came in two different shades of pink! I even took the time to contact the same designer for her to provide a link for an enclosure card template from her as I didn't want to use a different designer that possibly used a different shade of pink. I am closing my trial subscription to zazzle and will not be using your company again. This is very poor quality control and completely unacceptable. In the photos you can easily see that the enclosure cards are the shade of pink of everything else that came in my order, The invitations were printed on some other shade.

Invites were adorable. Such positive feedback from invitees. Thankfully the missing blank envelope issue was resolved quickly by your customer support team.

I have been asking for the following PDF, DOC, DOCX, EPS, JPG, JPEG, PNG, PSD.information forever and no one has responded. Color in cards come off easy. Cards do not look like the picture online.

Order was placed on the 4/9, shipped 4/11 and still has not arrived 4/21

The design is really cute. But the QR code doesn't take me to MY website, it just takes you to Zazzle.com. Why would I want my business cards to advertise for the website I got them from?? They offered to give me a credit to fix it, but I never received the credit.

The business cards are good, negatives would be the fact that the card bends and tears very easily, the gold looked to be a different tone to the website design. My subscription was taken, and once I had cancelled it Zazzle only let me use the website for 2 days and then the monthly subscription ended. Getting a refund has been a nightmare. I won’t be using Zazzle again

These postcards were so disappointing :'( First off, the quality of the print was JUNK. I understand that the photo is going to look way better on the computer as a proof, however, the photo printed super grainy on the postcard, and the colors were so much darker, making it really hard to see any detail, including our faces! You couldnt even see my engagement ring, even though it was clear, big, bright and sparkly in the proof. But the BIGGEST problem was when the post office ran them through the sorter, it took the ink right off the postcard! So all of our save the dates were completely RUINED. There's HUGE white streaks through my fiancé's whole body. Im just DEVISTATED! We spent a LOT of money on these and it turned out to be pointless. Postcards should be able to withstand going through the post office process and the mail. We were so excited for these to be adorable, but we ended up sad from start to finish. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!

My son is an ophthalmologist, I wanted present him something on the Father's Day. I like this notecard, although, I don't know how he'd think of this design. The color is very beautiful. Thank you very much!
