I received the product and like the design. I did make a mistake with the size of the card. How can I make it a regular business card size and the print larger? Thanks

I bought 2 boxes and it came with crooked eyes and there was never a way to edit it. And they actually sent them to me like this. Not happy and it was gunna be for Xmas. And too late to reorder in time

Adorable card and I was able to add the photos of her grandchildren on the card and the result was perfect. This picture doesn't show the true beauty, unfortunately.

The free envelopes with printed recipient’s address was disappointing. Good that it was free but not good quality. I’d rather they just don’t do them at all or do them with some kind of justice. First, they are very thin envelopes where you can see through to the card. Secondly, I had a few that were printed crooked and not straight. I almost wanted to throw those away and hand write my recipients address instead BUT I couldn’t!! Because zazzle only gave me the exact amount of printed envelopes so not even one extra to spare! What I don’t understand is that I ordered 60 photo cards but I only had 50 recipients addresses uploaded, why couldn’t zazzle just send me the other 10 blank envelopes!? So are you saying that the other 10 photo cards don’t deserve to have envelopes? If I ordered 60 cards, then I should’ve received 60 envelopes! Regardless if I had printed recipients or not. Anyway, horrible customer service because there were none! No phone number to actually call to speak w someone! And forget about chat agent! I made a complaint about the envelopes and the crooked print job and even uploaded a picture to show it, never got a response from zazzle! No answer, no response, no corespondence whatsoever. So when this email came through asking for my rating/review on the product, I wrote this long review to explain. Not that thrilled w zazzle. Service has been going down. And on top of it, they automatically renewed me for another year of membership for $19.95.

My rating is ZERO!! They don't even deserve 1 star. But my review wouldn't go through if I didn't click on a star. I spent $135 on Christmas cards that never arrived! It is impossible to speak with an actual person at Zazzle. You can chat with Zee, their virtual assistant, who then tries to connect you with an actual person. Although, I seriously doubt actual people exist at this company after my experience. The profound lack of respect for their customers was on full display for me today. I chatted with Zee for nearly 4 hours and received numerous messages about how she was trying to connect me with a human agent as "quickly" as possible! FOUR hours?! If it weren't for the fact that the money had been deducted from my account already, I never would have wasted my time. I guess I was being way too hopeful to expect that someone, other than an AI chat bot, would speak with me. $135 for a product that never arrived and not ONE SINGLE HUMAN available to talk with me and try to make things right. I will no longer work with this company again. Oh! And how could I forget this little tidbit? They also give you an option to leave a message if you'd rather not chat with Zee. I tried that. But wouldn't you know...in order to submit your message they want you to verify that you are not a robot. How ironic. They don't want to deal with robots yet they only let robots deal with you, the customer!

Just paid another $40 to replace the last unacceptable set of business cards and they are worse then the last ones! Double printing making unreadable blurry text with a hideous neon pea green boarder. OMG I could never hand these to a client! So now I've spent $75 and have no business cards.

Product was horrible. The ink was flat, not the vibrant color of my 1st order, the photo was washed out and the text was completely off center. Not half the quality of my first order. Have tried to initiate return but have received no communication.

This was delivered over a week late and i was shorted by 4 envelopes…

The card turned out very nice, but I did not get any envelopes.

First, I would like to thank you for replacing the order. However, it too arrived damaged and the back of the photo was not centered as the first order was. With it being this close to Christmas, I just salvaged what I could and I had to make due.

Our save the dates came out amazing! Better than I could’ve ever imagine. They were great quality and so pretty!
