Had ordered the invitations and return address labels. Ordered the foam board poster that coordinated with the invitations. Received on a Thursday, opened on Friday morning to find that the paper that was attached to the foam core was wrinkled but the design was printed on it anyway right in the middle of the design!!! I immediately filed a complaint asking for a “replacement” and added pictures showing not only the crease on the front but also how it was on the back. Said I would be notified in 24 hrs. Now it’s 5 days later and have heard from NO ONE! I tried to call yesterday. Was on perpetual hold for over an hour, finally had to hang up as I had an appointment. My party is in 7 days, originally took 9 days to get! 😤

Great quality, I have since ordered again and widened the collection of products in this range to my collection

i was updated that they would arrive today and they did not. Also, it is not showing the date or time of the event on the invitation! The man who helped me on the phone was great Krists was his name.

I am obsessed with this design and ecstatic that I found a design that fits my wedding theme and that fits our quirky and nerdy style. The invitations were printed accurately and beautifully. I can’t wait to send them to our guests.

The card was not packaged well, therefore the top one must have slid around the box as the corners were worn. The printing looks poorly done as well. The middles of many letters are filled in. Over all I am disappointed.
