Zazzle Paper

The item arrived damaged. There was a crease across the shipping box and also on the print. It was too late to return the item, so it had to be used creased. This was very disappointing. The packaging needs to be improved for shipping this item to prevent the print from being damaged during shipping.

I have received wonderful compliments on my invitation. People were pleased to receive a imitation in the US mail instead of a text. I’m so terribly pleased. It’s gonna be a great party.

We ordered 7 foam boards for a work event and they turned out amazing! The pictures on the boards were old ID badges, so we were expecting low quality prints. That was not the case, the seller worked some magic because they turned out amazing! Everyone at our event loved them!

This is the cutest design! Very easy to personalize to what you need.

The invitations came out perfect. The card stock they were printed on was very nice quality.

The website is difficult to navigate. I created an invitation but then had issues adding it to my cart. I had to restart. When I received the product it was of the sample invitation and not what I created. I had to throw it all away. There is no customer service number. I ordered the same thing at Walmart for half the price.

Paper to thin. Package came and paper was crinkled. Paper was just put in the box slip but but thin paper needs more protection. No option to order thicker paperwork so I assumed wrong.

There was an issue with delivery because the package was damaged during transit with USPS. Zazzle immediately responded to my email and was fantastic with rectifying the issue. My item was reprinted, shipped and received within 2 days. And the invitations were absolutely beautiful.

I paid for shipping to come early and it did not come on the expected day. It came the following day, had I known this I could have 15-20 more dollars in my pocket. This was frustrating since it was ridiculous for shipping costs.

I only received 2 sheets of 4 stickers...?? Don't know what happened. Could I get a refund for the 18 sheets I didn't receive??

Loved these. I put them out at my wedding reception and it made it so easy to just put them on tables so my guests could take pictures. I've been very happy with the orders I have placed so far with you guys (between this QR code, my engagement invitations, and my wedding invitations). You definitely have a shopper for life!

Very Disappointed With the Packaging and Condition I’m extremely disappointed with my order. I purchased wedding invitations, enclosure cards, and stickers, and for the amount of money I spent—especially after paying an additional fee to have my items reviewed before printing—I expected them to arrive in much better condition. The packaging arrived with holes in it, the envelopes were dirty, and several of the invitations were bent along the top and scuffed on the corners. The sticker packaging was completely open, and one entire sheet of stickers was bent. These are items for my sisters wedding, so presentation and quality are extremely important. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough time to reorder everything and wait for replacements, which means I’m now stuck using items that arrived damaged. For the price I paid, I would expect much more care to be taken when packaging wedding stationery, especially items that can easily be bent, scratched, or damaged during shipping. Even if the damage occurred in transit, the packaging should have been sturdy enough to properly protect the contents. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and based on this order, I definitely would not purchase wedding stationery or similar items from Zazzle again.

Not Magnetic, won't stick to anything. I still have old ones and they stick. New ones just slide off.

I reached out multiple times to the creator and Zazzle about the example name on the design would not disappear like the other lines when I typed my own personal name in the box. It was only on this one line. I was assured Zazzle would review before printing and fix it but it did not happen. Someone needs to go to this invitation and see how the example name will not erase when you fill in the line with the names you want. It should have been JENNIFER & LOUIS But it printed with the sample name and the name I typed in which was LOUIS. Zazzle usually is great with my orders but this is horrible.
