Extremely Disappointed — Misleading Quality, Damaged Invitations & Incomplete Order I’m extremely disappointed with my first experience ordering from Zazzle. I took a chance using them for something as important as my wedding invitations, and unfortunately, I will not be ordering from them again. The design I purchased appeared to have beautiful sparkle/metallic foil detailing on the lettering, which was one of the main reasons I chose it. When the invitations arrived, I discovered that the “sparkle” and “foil” are actually flat printed images made to LOOK metallic or sparkly. There is no actual foil, shimmer, sparkle, texture, or reflective finish. There was no clear indication that these effects were simulated or simply printed onto the paper. Had that been clearly disclosed, I would have chosen a completely different product. On top of that, several of my invitations arrived with crushed and damaged corners from shipping. These are wedding invitations that I’m supposed to send to my guests, and I should not have to sort through a brand-new order to determine which ones are presentable enough to mail. And somehow the order still isn’t complete. I ordered my RSVP cards and invitations together, at the same time, as part of the same order. My invitations have arrived, yet I STILL have not received the RSVP portion of my order. Paid extra for the worry free design pro.. and after mailing the invitations noticed a typo. Terrible service.

This postcard is such a hit with the recipients that I have reordered it. Nice to put a smile in someone's day.

Quality card and excellent printing, the colors were just as shown on my computer screen. They arrived quickly, too, packaged in a cardboard envelope.

This is the second time we have tried to get our cling done right. Can't get a human agent to talk with me. Zee sucks

The colors on the invitation are nothing as Shown on your website. When I personalized the invitation, I expected bright vibrant colors instead what I got was a dull, dark invitation that I can no longer send out.

the invitations arrived off center - not just once, but twice. After pointing out the issues, I was sent another batch of the exact incorrect invitations. It took over a week and 7 Zazzle employees to get it correct. not sure why I paid for the "worry free design advice" because it was worthless. Beyond disappointed in the service.

the response envelopes was the only thing that arrived correctly. Overall, a total disappointment in Zazzle.

I am so disappointed in Zazzle. My invitations never arrived. These were needed no later than August 19 and it is now August 21 and they are stuck in Kansas City somewhere. There have been no updates to the shipping status since I started checking on delivery on August 17. I ordered them on August 12. Where are they? When I talked to customer service, she said they would redo them and send them with their "preferred provider" for shipping. Why wasn't that done the first time? Now they will arrive much too late. Won't be ordering from Zazzle again, unfortunately.
