It was printed perfectly. The paper was way to thick to do what I wanted to do. I was trying to wrap it around a wine bottle & it just wasn't working out. :-( Not your fault, mine.

Beautiful although the writing could have been a little clearer but the design itself is beautiful and it was perfect for my daughter’s Cinderella Theme Sweet 16.

Love the papers in this set. Veavy paper so dont rip easy. Will probably order again. My daughter loves dalmatians and just had to get this. Using today for her BD.

The print is not legible on the paper I chose. I wish someone had contacted me to let me know, or at least changed it to a thicker/larger/more legible font. Of course, it is legible when you use a photograph and magnify it as shown with my photo, but on a gift it will not be legible at all. I simply used a font that was suggested from the templates provided, and it was not dark enough nor large enough to read. I think with an online service such as this, you need to at least make some executive decisions about legibility, or contact the customer first before going ahead with the order. I'd like to return this item.

The labels are terrible. You can’t read the name on them. This should not even be an option for ordering. They’re not even usable!

It was really great that I could create return address labels that matched our Christmas cards for 2025. They are perfect.

I had to remake this one because the original one I wanted didn't warn me about there being a warning that letters weren't in the safe zone. Until I had already waited and shipped out. The replacement is still good but loved to have the original.

Great quality- exactly what I ordered except it was bigger than I expected, which isn’t a bad thing necessarily. I just thought it was going to be slightly bigger than a concert ticket to give more of that vibe. Size surprised me.

This item was damaged when delivered. I sent a message for a refund and have not heard back. A picture was attached to the request. I ordered a new one because I need the item quickly and could not wait for a response. So i do not need a credit, just a refund to card use for the purchase. Is there a phone number I can call to confirm?

I used Zazzle to make memorial brochures for my mother. They turned out great! Lots of options and very affordable.

This is disappointing days before an event, my purchase arrives bent. I can’t even use my sign! This is upsetting!!!!
