Zazzle Paper

I've placed my order on 2/26, it is now 3/14 and I have not received my order so I cannot say I have good reviews. Mmi first received tracking info and provided with a USPS tracking # that never updated and I waited 3+ business days for any updates. Upon contacting customer service I received a quick response and apologies that a replacement will be expedited and receive expedited shipping. It has not been another 3+ business days since I've received a replacement order tracking information on 3/11 with no updates that the package was every received by UPS. I think it's ridiculous that both shipment information is created with no tracking updates and that the order was every picked up. This is my first experience with Zazzle and I cannot recommend it as I still don't have my order and it's almost 3 weeks now. My last inquiry to customer service has yet to be answered.

The invitations are not high quality. It looks like I printed it myself on our home printer. Not only that, but the edges of the invite are perforated so you can tell that it was just printed onto a huge sheet and then torn off. Not impressed. Will not purchase from Zazzle again

Gorgeous Bridal Brunch Board! Customer Service rep assisted me, as the board arrived damaged in shipping. Zazzle designers made me a new board & shipped another board to me at no cost, in perfect condition. I'm a repeat customer, & plan to use Zazzle for all my printing needs. Everything came out great!!

I paid a good amount for return address labels but as the photo shows you can’t barely see the writing! Hopefully, they will redo & make good on my purchase.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Tried to reach someone in chat but of course it was all automated and kept disconnecting. The all in one invite I ordered came with envelopes that didn't fit. Envelopes are far too small! And if it is an all in one invite, then why wouldn't it have a seal and for the trifold instead of an envelope that doesn't even fit. And since the original order arrived late, I don't want to risk ordering new invites and have them not be here on time. Thank you Zazzle for making the invitations for my wedding a complete disappointment!
