very dissatisfied with the service

Just what I wanted!

Very hard to understand what format is needed for the foil. After we received the original design, we were dissatisfied so we reached out to the design team to walk them through what we wanted. She assisted us in 'putting a ticket' in to the design team to make sure they knew what we wanted. When the invitations came back they were the exact same as what we previously ordered. Now we are two weeks behind schedule with the incorrect invitations, but don't worry their support team is here to help! I have only sent two emails and been on hold for 30 + minutes to reach someone. My recommendation, don't use this website at all.

Sign was beautiful. Had a slight issue when the original was damaged during shipping. The issue was resolved immediately and the Zazzle team went above and beyond to make sure our replacement item arrived before our wedding.

I love the idea of custom shapes however the preview of the shape did not match the printed version. I reached out to Zazzle and I believe the issue has been fixed and the refunded the cost to me so I am very happy with the after service. I would just caution that the printing on the label stock was not as crisp as on cards I've ordered and I could not use a pen on the labels with smearing. I needed to use a "Sharpie" to avoid smears.

Everything was as expected. Great product.

Design was great and absolutely adorable!! However, the order only had 8 envelopes included (I ordered 16 invites). :( So I had to hand deliver half the invitations since there wasn’t enough envelopes — very inconvenient and reason for my 3-star review.

The circle within the green stamp was off centered. Didn't look like the 'proof'.

Turned out like photo.
