Zazzle Paper

SUPER disappointed in these invitations! I paid for expedited shipping by the designated date. They came late. Then they were totally the wrong color. They were supposed to be BLUE hydrangeas. (Color theme of the party is blue.) They were royal purple. Not even remotely the color shown. Moreover, since the color was so off, they now didn't match the reception cards. I had no choice but to send the invitations as they were since I had a tight turnaround time, but they looked a mess. AND to make things worse, the envelopes indicated they needed extra postage so I used two stamps. I took them to the post office to mail and was told, even with the reception card added, they didn't need extra postage. They were well under the limit. What a waste of money!! Tried to find a customer service for Zazzle, but they don't seem to have any way to resolve an issue. Very disappointing experience!!

Looks even better in person. I am very happy with the invitation.

These invitations are the cutest!!! Great print, great color, perfect size! Shipping was on time! So excited to send these out!

$72 for pitiful small invitations, paid $26 for expedited shipping and just received these today. This is second order in 2 weeks that i have paid alot money for and they are disappointing.

Invitation was perfect. Wish it had arrived a little sooner though.

Very nice invitations. Customer service was amazing.

Paid extra for expedited shipping…didn’t get expedited shipping…didn’t get any blank envelopes…ordered 100 paper invitations with 50 preprinted envelopes…started a ticket because couldn’t get order to ‘take’ for over 4 days…customer service was non-existent. I’ve ordered from Zazzle before with great outcome…not this time. Will look for another company next time need arises.

Had wrong year that didn’t get noticed for a few hours. Contacted them to get it changed. Couldn’t be changed so asked to cancel order. Took over 4 days to get the order cancelled. Then get told it can’t be cancelled bc it’s already shipped. Told me they would give me a credit on my account. Then have stopped responding to emails and no credit to account. Takes a long time for communication to be answered.

Blue is much lighter in person and it is hard to read the white font. If I would have known it would have showed up like the picture, I would have changed the font to a dark color for more contrast.

Love the invitations! As always, Zazzle makes everything so easy and they provide top quality. The only reason I didn’t rate excellent is because I was shorted some envelopes. They are shipping expedited the shortage. Very pleased with the results and customer service!
