I'm so very dissapointed with my order, I recieved 8 diffrent items in total, my invites had to be redone because of colour from the back had run into the white on the front, the customer service was excellent and sorted the problem and had new ones sent to me, with envelopes as they had forgotten to send any with the original order, but unfortunately these were just as bad, they look awful, cheap and nasty 😢 I'm so very dissapointed, I had also recieved an empty package from them at one point which should have contained rsvp's, again customer service sorted the problem but it's really not good enough, I now have to start all over again by finding a diffrent supplier, and so has ended up costing so much money 😢 really unhappy

I used same design on a different order & luved how it came out, so kept design but used different text. Thanks Zazzle!

my last order all arrived bent everything else has been wonderful until now

My first order was terrible cut unevenly and had what appeared to be yellow markings/paint splatters I contacted customer service and they were very prompt about reaching back out and trying to fix it by remaking my order. Well I opened the remade batch that I received today and this is absolutely unacceptable (the attached photos are the new batch). At this point I just want my money back I'm frustrated and upset by this.

There was blue ink around the labels and I STILL have not received the replacement! It’s been on its way for 6 days now plus I needed them before Valentine’s Day and couldn’t get a rush on something that was screwed up in the first place! Beyond frustrated at this point…

Love it. I only ordered one for photos as we didn’t have a party, we had more of an intimate celebration at home.

The design is beautiful! Quality of the invitations are great! The designer was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Half of my invitations came out with print blotches. It wouldn’t be so noticeable if it was on the image but it’s on the solid color so it’s very noticeable. I’m very disappointed.

Creating our invitations was easy and loved the design.

Only giving 3 stars because I ordered with the adhesive double wing back easel and the sign came without it so I had to buy a small easel and tape the sign to it. Otherwise the quality of the printed sign was excellent and arrived fast.

Unsatisfied with my order. For starters I paid for express shipping and received them 3 days later, on the date that free shipping would’ve delivered. THEN my invites have this nice blue line in the font. Very upset since this sit was highly recommended.

The quality of paper and print that was used made the photos "pop" in the simplistic nature of the save the date and the invite - my daughter was thrilled!!
