What type of joke is this?! I was sent two blank sheets and none of the gift tags were included in this package. This is the second time within a 3 month period that I’ve experienced dissatisfaction with the quality and service.

Although they arrived a few days later than we anticipated (we had an unusual snowstorm here), they are beautiful.

I ordered 2 sheets of round return address stickers and received 2 blank sheets of round stickers. I have trued the online chat and the return policy page and I have not received a response or message from anyone! There is not a customer service phone #.

Feels like thick paper instead of the same quality/material as a bag of chips. Heavily disappointed because I don't have enough time too redo or order anything else.
