As you will soon observe through photographs, that they consistently exhibit incorrect colors. Despite consistently purchasing labels, stickers from Zazzle, and the same artist for five years, the last two years have been marked by a persistent pattern of receiving incorrect colors. One would expect a specific PNG # to be utilized for all products. I have repeatedly requested that the artist update the color sample she provides before ordering. As a small business owner, I do not have the time to repeatedly request replacements, which are also often incorrect. Where is the consistency? Why are we not using the same color number for all products? Great artwork, however, I have a brand to maintain, and I am frustrated with the lack of response from the artist. All items are supposed to have a sage green background, not gray, not blue, not beige SAGE! As you can see, they are anything but the sage green label I used as an example of the color. If they went back to the first labels I ordered, they were all a sage green. Who knows what they are doing!

The postcard Save-the-dates are so beautiful, the photo doesn't do justice, the quality is amazing, looks just like real watercolor. The invitations are amazing too. I cant show either cause i have not sent them out yet.

I am very disappointed. Tlhe item arrived with a wrinkle or crease across top half of bill board. I stayed on the phone for 1 hour after being transferred by customer service bot to a human agent. !! Never got to speak to customer service rep. I want a refund. I cant use this board like this !!! Please get customer service agent (HUMAN) to call and refund my purchase.

This was the first year I decided to order Christmas cards through Zazzle, and I was very disappointed. I chose a premium card with foil detail, and paid more for this design compared to most others, and when I received the cards, the foil on every single card was flaking off in one or more areas of the border detail and text. The release on the foil application was very inconsistent and non-existent in some areas. The print quality I thought was average at best despite the very high resolution images that I uploaded to the design as well. For paying a premium on this particular card, foil detail and professional service, I would have expected a much higher level of quality. I will not be ordering Christmas cards from Zazzle again.

Cute design but OFF center and I ordered 4 sheets so that's not great. Don't know that I'd reorder from this store.

I ordered 3 x 3 stickers and got something about a foot across. Still trying to sort out the order.
