Zippo

This is not engraved. It’s painted or something. Not sure how long it will last. I was hoping I was engraved.

I'm having trouble with it lighting. I know zippo has a lifetime warranty, so I emailed them asking about the wick. Got no response. I thought your products had a warranty also. Could you please email me back to explain my options? Disappointed.

It WAS lovely when it arrived. It has been only ONE MONTH since I gave it to the person I bought it for, and the "inscripted" design has simply WIPED OFF ENTIRELY. One would have NO IDEA that it used to say "I scrutinize" at the top. I am EMBARRASSED, as this person is used to nice things. Piss me right off...

They never sent it! They sent a duplication of another order I submitted at the same time! They were not responsive afterward either! You can see the other lighter I got in the picture

I received this on 7/5/24 and was very pleased! This was my desk lighter. I chose to make it my pocket lighter on 9/7 and in 2 days this is what happened.
