I was skeptical buying online as i think many others would be. I was very happy when they arrived. its nice and thick, the colors are vivid and picture is great quality. I am beyond happy. i do give it a 4 star cause i realized that when in cutting the cards about a quarter of the invites were cut too close to the bottom so bottom of letters were cut off like (p,q,j) :/ I did not want the hassle of returning everything and risk shipping taking too long so i did keep them, i just put them aside and are using them last. Colors are vivid and beautiful, the picture is great quality!!! :)

The product itself it as we expected, great colors, nice thick paper with good texture. However, the invites were late and we initially were sent someone else's invites. The invites themselves were pretty, but the customer service wasn't up to par with other companies such as Minted, Shutterfly, and Wedding Paper Divas. The printing turned out nicely, however a letter was cut off on the invite on the far right corner. Someone would have caught this and had they read the invite. I would've have liked to know this happened, but since the invites arrived late.
