The ornament is pretty and as advertised. My daughter was happy with it, but there was a problem with our first order and after several days when it should have been shipping we received an email saying the order was cancelled. I don't understand why the company wouldn't have called or emailed us to fix the problem. We re-ordered and it went through fine, but she received it a week after Christmas which was not ideal. Looks really good, happy with the ornament.
