When the cards arrived, the package was wet. The cards were ok but the envelopes were damaged. We reported to Zazzle and asked if the envelopes could be replaced. After a bit of back and forth Zazzle resent the entire order. We appreciated that, but we really couldn't use the extra cards since they had no envelopes! The printing turned out fine
