I expected it to be perfectly executed and just as I intended it to be. The colors are perfect. I have dropped one of these and they seem tough and durable. The design image is clear, crisp and flawless. I have always been delighted but this is the first time my design included some demanding gradations of color and detail.

What a beautiful mug, I was really pleased with the mug. The printing was brilliant, wonderful colours
