The Prayer Deck Playing Cards
I'm sure many of you have read the story by Wink Martindale about how he used a deck of cards as his Bible, Prayer Book and even almanac. I've always thought it was a novel way of being able to pray no matter where you are. People in the military don't get to carry much with them, so this deck is ideal for them. The back of each card has a breakdown of what each card symbolises as an aid to your prayers. Praying hands in the background remind us to always pray.
