There is a magic spot on a cliff in Perranporth ( that I like to call the best place on the planet,) where when the tide is just right and the waves are big and clean, the waves roll in, hit the cliff face, and are pushed back out into oncoming waves. The result is nothing short of spectacular! I have seen 40 foot tall splashes of water on this very spot. It is MAGNIFICENT. Original photo August 2019
