This is the boy genius of the High Voltage team. Meet Toy Maker. Despite his size and age, this is one kid you don’t want to mess with. With his genius level intellect, this boy has the ability to turn ordinary toys into dangerous and hi-tech weapons for combat. Before he was hero, Toy Maker was a homeless kid who used his abilities to benefit only the homeless community. After a heart to heart with Wire, Toy Maker decided to become a full-fledged hero and use his abilities to assist Wire in protecting Shield City.
