About This Design

Tree of Life Short Table Runner

The Tree of Life is a symbol present in cultures and traditions of the whole world, from Buddhism to Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Taoism and Islam, as well as the traditions and mythologies of the Chinese and the Native Americans. The symbolism is varied but in general it represents growth (personal or spiritual), self development, acquisition of wisdom or knowledge, immortality, family and relatedness between generations or groups, and a link between the heavens and the underworld. Thus, this design is fit as a gift (to yourself or others) on the occasion of a birth, Baptism or similar ceremony, birthday, graduation, wedding, or any event which you consider as significant in life. Fantastic product for our kitchen with William Morris accents. Should have gone for the larger one but it still looks good. Needs ironing after a wash. Design is fab, no printing necessary.

The material is soft yet feels durable. The colours are amazing, everyone in the synagogue loves it. Rabbi is very happy with how it came out - just like he wanted.
