They gave us weekends, ended child labour, are responsible for widespread employer-based health coverage, created the middle class, and helped win The Family And Medical Leave Act. Union workers average 10-30% higher pay than non-union workers. The decline of the labour movement and union membership is a large factor in the current income inequality in the U.S. today. Creator Review
I purchased this as a gift for a friend and they were delighted with it. The finish of the ceramic decoration exceeded my expectations and was glossy and gave a nice tinkling chink as they touched each other. A great finish and generously sized ornament.
