USS Intrepid poster

Poster of the well known and huge USS Intrepid in New York. This gigantic flightdeck ship is one of the most famous aircraft carriers built during World War II for the Navy of United States. Her second name was 'The Fighting I'. The Intrepid participated in several wars and battles. She was modernized about 1950 as an attack carrier, and then eventually became an antisubmarine carrier. She also participated in the Vietnam War. You can see the ship in New York, where it is situated as an interesting museum.
