Van Gogh Almond Blossoms Classic Impressionism Long Apron
Van Gogh Blossoming Almond Blossoms - Vincent Van Gogh painted this blooming almond tree -- Van Gogh was one of the post-impressionist great masters. This painting, Almond Blossoms, is one of a small group of paintings painted in 1890 by Vincent van Gogh in the south of France, focused on blossoming almond trees. Van Gogh loved to paint flowering trees. Van Gogh painted Almond Blossoms as a symbol of new life to mark the birth of his nephew (his brother Theo's son) and Vincent Van Gogh's namesake.
