This beautiful Delftware scene, (delft pottery) shows a vintage hand painted blue and white landscape from rural Holland. Very old fashioned -- a lovely vintage windmill and some buildings next to water. The scene was found on a very old antique tile. This vintage delft pottery landscape is the perfect blue and white old-fashioned look for our gifts.
Delft pottery was made in Delft in the Netherlands, starting in the 16th century up to present day. It is marked by its blue and white color, and used in ornaments, plates, tiles, and other ornamental uses.
