first I was sceptical bc of the price but it turned out to be a great product well worth every penny and more. We had a shipping problem and our invitations where left at the wrong apt. I immediately called product support and they immediately processed a new shipment for 2 day delivery no questions asked and opened a ticket w/ ups on our behalf. Great company as far as I'm concerned. We purchased the linen texture and it was really great. Was just what we needed to add that extra something. Overall great results.
