I called the company to ask how long it would take to personalize it since the site noted it would ship quick after it was made. When I called, I spoke with a real person and had a polite response and was told that the turn around time to make the mug would be about 24 hours. The mug was a going away gift for a coworker, and so I was initially concerned about having it in time.... and I did with time to spare! I will definitely order from here again and recommend others to do the same. The quality of the mug was SUPERB: the colors on the decal were rich, properly aligned, and complete, not faded or sometimes botched (like you sometimes see on mugs); the personalized wording was perfectly centered; and from the time I ordered it until I received it was astonishingly QUICK!
