The clock is exactly what I designed on the website, I changed where the words appeared. Have this same clock, little variation, but it broke, so I was replacing it. The new clock, the second hand is swinging around the clock. The packaging was not disturbed, it was fully secured when I opened it. I feel it was broke when sent. I sent a note to Zazzle, they essentially asked me, gave instructions to fix it. I'm returning this item, it's broken!!!!! I want the clock so bad that I am going to order it again. Wish me luck! The printing if fine, just wished the clock wasn't broken.
