There is something about the mugs I have bought from Zazzle that leave me feeling a bit disappointed, this one included. I think I would like it better if the photos or artwork did not have such a wide band at the top and bottom. There is also something about the mugs that gives me the feeling of "cheap" , though it is hard to pin point what. I have not had one break. But somehow they just don't seem as substantial as other mugs I have - and they cost more (though I picked this one up free with a certificate). The printing was fair - but not as dazzling as I had anticipated. I designed the mug and had used this cropped photo in other projects where it seemed a bit more alive. However, it is nice enough.
