When ordering draft beer at an izakaya (Japanese pub), it's considered good etiquette to tell the waiter "Nama-chū ippai" (one medium-sized draft beer) to mean "I'd like a draft beer, please." This means "one medium-sized draft beer, please." (My English isn't great, so I might have made some mistakes with the words, but I think the meaning will be understood.)
