Unfortunately this did not match up to my proof/preview. Lines didnt end up lining up and pictures didnt line up like in the preview either. Color matching is good and tag itself is sturdy but very disappointed otherwise. Only 1 of the 3 tags I made and ordered ended up completely correct.

The artwork is beautiful.. true to what was shown. However the two piece item was not glued thoroughly and when it fell off the wall shortly after installation, a corner cracked a bit. Spend more money on the glue. I was extremely disappointed and probably wont purchase any more items. The same thing happened to the other light switch cover I bought.

The picture is lovely.. just as shown but the front fell off less than 1/2 hour after installation. Not enough glue to hold the two pieces together. Same thing happened to the other unit I purchased. Very disappointing for the price!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. This merchant failed to uphold the service level agreement that was clearly outlined at the time of purchase. I paid for expedited shipping specifically to ensure timely delivery for an important event, yet the product arrived days late. This delay had a direct and negative impact on my ability to deliver as promised. Not only did it undermine my credibility, but it also created unnecessary stress and complications that could have been avoided had the commitment been honored. When customers pay extra for expedited service, they do so with the expectation that timelines will be respected — not disregarded. I reached out for assistance, but the response was neither timely nor helpful. Reliability and communication are key in any business relationship, and unfortunately, both were lacking in this experience. I hope the merchant takes this feedback seriously and implements better quality controls and accountability to ensure future customers don’t face the same issue.
