My dissatisfaction is not with the item itself. It is with the miserable shipping method chosen by the seller. I needed the item by March 15. I paid a substantial fee for expedited shipping, with the latest estimated delivery date of March 13. Please review the attached lengthy tracking log to see that the item was finally delivered on March 20, when it was useless to me. One might say that it is not the seller’s fault. It is. I feel certain that the fee I paid would easily have covered FedEx charges. The seller probably tried to save a few dollars by using a method that involved both UPS and USPS. The item was ready for shipping in Arizona on Thursday, March 6. It was not picked up until Monday, March 10. That alone should have sent a message to the seller. Apparently not. The item was not received at a location outside Arizona until March 12. It then bounced around several USPS locations in Florida until it was finally delivered to me a week later than the original estimate of March 13. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

This came out so cute & it's very sturdy definitely a keepsake for me.

So far so good. This was a replacement for my original purchase. The clear plastic back came off and then the whole thing was missing from my daughter's suitcase the first time she used it. We reinforced the glue on the plastic piece and I gave her a black zip tie to secure it to her bag. So hopefully we are good now. Zazzle was very kind to read my initial review where we were disappointed and replaced the tag. They are so incredibly cute. Worth the extra effort to make sure they are secure.

The cake toppers I ordered were fabulous thank you so much. Quality was outstanding looking forward to utilizing them for my grand daughters college celebration.

The tag itself was exactly how I thought it would be. Love the neon yellow, and also that you could personalize it. Downfall - one of my tags is gone after one trip. Unfortunately, the strap to attach to the bag is very poor quality and lacks the strength to keep it from getting ripped off during transit.

WAY exceeded our expectations!

So disappointed! I had purchased this large custom tray back in late December in preparation for a bridal shower in April. Thought I’d get ahead of myself. I’ve purchased these in the past and they’ve been beautiful. I just opened the package today and it’s broken. It’s still sealed in the over wrap so this happened before packaging and shipping. Totally disappointed that a seller would ship broken merchandise.

Looks like cheap plastic! Doesn’t have that gold look at all! So disappointed
