Waiting on this item to arrive for over a month!!!

What a special gift for my niece’s first Christmas.

Looks beautiful and just as I ordered.

I wasn't able to get it by Christmas but that really wasn't the problem. When I saw that the shipping was double the cost of the item I thought I canceled the order, but no, I'm getting it anyway. I didn't see a size given for the ornaments so I hope it's not as small as it looks in the picture next to the tree branch.

I haven't received it yet and didn't want to in the first place.

I love the vibrancy of the colors and the size of the tray! I thought the image would have been directly printed on the acrylic, so I was surprised to see it was just stuck on, but all in all, great!

This order got stuck in a Mailing Hub for over 4 days while in transport. The Customer Service Group and I tracked it. We both felt like it was lost and would not make it in time. The customer Service Group is excellent, stayed on it everyday until delivery and my order is here for Christmas. I would recommend this Company to anyone. The quality of the product was good and you can not beat the Customer Service. Thank you, McD

The ornament looks great. The only problem is I provided the wrong address and picture. I cannot believe I did this. Any chance I can get a replacement by Christmas?????

It is fine except the font on the address is a little small.

I love that there was enough space to include information on my son’s degree, college, graduation date, etc. I also included a personalized message on the back side. I haven’t seen one like this before and am very happy with it.

The design and printing was perfect.

This one was different then the other one I ordered. I didn't realize this was a photo behind plastic. I thought it would be like the other one I order of my son. It was nice but not as nice as the picture on the ceramic. I am not even sure how I didn't notice the difference in printing.

The printing was excellent- the font at the bottom of the picture came out a little smaller and lighter than I wanted but that’s ok. The picture of my Sweet Mom wasn’t blurry so that’s what was more important to me.

I ordered 2 of these luggage tags for my sister for Christmas, She’s OBSESSED with The Nightmare Before Christmas and let me tell you the tags are so CUTE!! They are sturdy, thick but look very Nice!!!

Everything from the font I chose to the characters and all it was perfect! I hosnesly would t hesitate to buy from them again and definitely ordering some luggage tags for myself!!

While I like the idea that the ornament looks like wood, it is not actually wood. However, as a 5th wedding anniversary (which is wood) it is fine.
