According to Tracking, it has been sitting at the USPS in Greenville SC since Dec. 3, 2020. It was suppose to be delivered to me by December 3rd. I realize that you have a lot of orders, but I do not think you should tell customers you will deliver by a certain date, if there is no way it will be delivered by then. It is now De3cember 10th and I still have not received the item, nor has TRACKING been updated. Very dissatisfied customer. Ms. S.
