It looks better then I expected

I've been looking for a durable custom tag; I was constantly replacing tags that became damaged over time and/or by going through baggage handling. It also has also made my bags easier to spot at the carousel. Ordered enough for all my bags - suitcases, gym bag, backpack, SCUBA gear bag - and haven't lost or damaged one yet!

After I identified on your web site the product I wanted, I spent much time trying to get the key chain with a photo of a granddaughter on one side and our grandson on the other side. I got shuffled around on the website in a time-consuming and frustrating way. After giving up one day, I phoned your rep and she helped me get what I wanted. So, I hope you make small adjustments in your web site's functioning to make it work better for first-time customers like me.

I purchase this product to give to my clients for were celebrating their birthday. I wanted to thanked me. All 20 them received gift and loved them. I loved how easy to designing the tags with my business logo and my mission statement.
