As a long-time sufferer of depression, anxiety, and trauma, I am acutely aware of the stigma surrounding mental illness and emotional well-being. Combining my personal and professional experience as a mental health care employee and a freelance writer, I have created cards that care with my line of cards called "Mental Health Messages by Alixx Black." Each of the designs are crafted with the sole intent of carving out new path for mental and emotional health cards that aid in dealing with the difficult feelings, experiences, and topics that are hard to tackle. This line of cards will surely make your loved one see and feel how much you care about them - through all of those tough times that we all must face at some point in our lives.
