I am a contemporary colored pencil artist of marine life and animals as well as a digital artist of optical illusion type work. My artistic process began as a child and I have created on and off. My primary source of inspiration is the ocean for hand-drawn and geometric patterns she sees for the digital. My art is characterized by vibrant colors, clean lines and a tribal touch. When I am not creating or teaching math, my passion is scuba diving, spearfishing and ocean conservation.
