Overall I am very happy with how this turned out, however, there are no protective sleeves to protect the recipe cards. I feel it should have been made clearer that sleeves were not included and offered separately for purchase. I probably would have bought them simply for the convenience of having them in the same place.

I ordered this product in navy and it arrived in black. I asked to have the proper item shipped. Zazzle said I could keep the product and get a discount on my next purchase. Why would I pay for a product that did not come as ordered? I said I wanted a refund. Zazzle gave me a partial refund only! Their error in shipping the wrong item and I pay the price! Never again Zazzle!!!

The gold part on the binder is not shiny like shows on the picture

I absolutely LOVE the design, but am disappointed in the quality of the notebook. I have some Avery (heavy duty) notebooks at home and there is no comparison. It is flimsy and thin. I needed three for each of my kids, but bought one to make sure I like it. I think I will have to keep looking. I want it to last. Too bad Avery is not offering a better quality notebook for customized printing.

I absolutely love this photo album. I’d been looking for one like this for awhile so happy that I found one on Zazzle. The album is great quality and reasonably priced.

Bad experience with everything.

Not what I expected, shipping took way to long for the product to come out looking the way it did.

I ordered 2 one for each one of my twin granddaughters high school years. They look adorable. But had their name put on the spine of the book and it is on upside down. Other than that they are so very cute. Wish that could be corrected?

These are perfect for collections of photographs, documents, and cards, etc. The personalization really does make the binders unique!

Color was shipped in the incorrect color, but after finally getting ahold of a living person they were very helpful and issued a replacement in which they covered the cost

Beautiful pictures reproduced so well on binder. Perfect gift with family recipes inside as a shower gift. Love, love, love this product!

I haven't received this yet and it was for my daughter's wedding which is over. When will I receive this?

While it looks good, I can't believe I paid almost $40 for a binder with a printed picture on it. I thought I was getting an album that actually had the texture and look of an antique book.

The product was great but I really need 2 more. I didn’t realize they were in short supply. Is there any way I could get 2 more???

It took a month for us to receive our binders, and we only ordered 20 of them. Constantly checked in through the chat feature but was never able to give us a timeframe of when we could expect our items. We will likely go another route when ordering next time.

I paid for my order to be expedited, but it was very delayed, then was lost when shipped. Both total failures. Then customer service expedited and shipped me out a new order, which was received quickly but the rush job was terrible. The quality was inconsistent with several past orders as this was a restock. The colors were totally different and I wasn’t offered anything to compensate. Really upsetting i am looking for different providers now.

They look as expected. Appear to be good quality. I love them.

Exactly as described when ordered. Buyers should expect about a week in processing.

Love my beautiful new scrapbook! I ordered this to scrapbook this summer with pics of my grandkids and our time together. The notebook is very pretty, I love the colors & design.

I placed an order for these binders 8/2/26. They took forever to arrive, and once they did, every single one had a slice through the cover. They said they'd replace them, and I'd have them by 8/24, but today is 8/24 and they haven't even shipped them. This is unacceptable. Every time I order, this product is damaged in some way, do you even have any quality control at Zazzle?
