Zippity do da, zippity day, 500 grand would pay my way. That still makes me chuckle slightly every time I say that. I thought about that while singing to myself in the shower. Anyway, my name is Claire, I am an aspiring medical student. I had to take on a lot of debt this past year in order to fund my dream. While I understand that doctors do end up making a comfortable salary; I find contributing my extra money to a project I believe in (reducing the cost of school) would be a better use of my income than paying back my debt. I started the RedBubble page to help supplement my non-existent income while I am in medical school. Personally, love to draw and while I know I’m not the greatest in the world I love my style and I try to develop it in my free time. By free time, I really mean the time I’m supposed to be relaxing a little and instead I am stressed thinking about school. In order to reduce my stress level I picked up drawing because I find it to be truly refreshing. It just so happens at the same time that I bought a beautiful little puppy, Penelope. In a sense, Penelope inspired me to draw and during this time I stumbled upon Redbubble. I decided to write this miniature chronicle because I wanted to offer something to my “customers,” who wanted to know more about me or this page. I put customers in quotes because after reading this you should understand you are actually contributing to cause that is beyond something as simple as a supply and demand business transaction. You contributing to cause even greater than me. The cause is for the betterment of society. I hope to make a difference with the money I make for this and yes while this money will be used for medical school expenses I hope to be able to use my future salary to contribute to projects and causes that are beyond me.
