I reached out to customer service a few days after placing the order to see if they could fix my daughter’s head that was cut off in the picture on (11/13). The customer service rep said no because it was already being made. I just took it as a mistake mad on my part because I missed it when editing. So I just ordered an additional bag. This was frustrating because I didn’t receive the bag until DECEMBER 3rd!!! That’s 2 weeks later. That could have been fixed. I live in the US. It’s not like it’s coming from overseas. I will never order from them again.
