Engine 8

Rockford Fire Station 8 is the oldest fire station in the city (built in 1929) and resides in the Churchill's Grove neighborhood. Engine 8 also serves the Edgewater and Signal Hill neighborhoods as well as the North End businesses and community. Recently, Fire Station 8 firefighters worked with RPS 205 students from Roosevelt Community Education Center to develop our official fire station logo. We proudly display our logo on our fire engine, Engine 8 and soon it will be displayed on our Fire Station for everyone to see. Share your love for Fire Station 8 and wear our apparel around town!
