My martial arts journey has been one of self discovery and improvement. Every time I think I can't do something I have an amazing family of martial artists behind me lifting me up and pushing me to do the things I thought were impossible. I am encouraged to keep putting myself out there and trying new things. If I can do it, anyone can!
