I have brought my knowledge in fitness training, over to the masses, weeding out all of the unnecessary and confusing information that's generally placed out there for newcomers. The website provides personal entries that gives you an idea on my personal journey to my own fitness goals, basic instructions to start off, nutritional guides, reviews, tips, etc. LMM (Love My Muscles), is like a filter for bodybuilding and fitness training information.
