My Green Sac

I am a physician, health educator, professor, author and mother of two energetic young girls. I am have an amateur photographer and graphic designer, creating the graphics for the websites that I maintain, the lectures that I give and the courses that I teach. I am an avid walker and hiker, enjoying being out in nature as much as possible, something that I am sharing with and teaching to my daughters.
