It's Ok to not be Ok! This line was spoken to me by the most special person in my life and it got me through the hard time of my life ever a couple of years later. I want to promote mens mental health, I believe the hundreds of year telling me to be strong is so wrong. We need to break the cycle and let out brothers know they can talk, they can be ok, they are stronger than ever when they can be ok with not being ok.
