As a lifelong artist, I’ve always been mesmerized by subjects of fantasy, mythology, and their cultural roots. While others stood by the ocean, enamored by the moon reflecting on calm waters, I’d be dreaming of mermaids putting up their seahorses in coral reef stables, then tucking themselves into their clamshell beds as the catfish get cozy by their fins. My work resonates with those hypnotized by color, captivated by detail, and who yearn to live in the fantastical world of these magical mermaids, beloved spirits, and animated animals.
