Passionate about photography, people and pets. The alliterative P's in the foregoing exemplify some things of importance to me. My career has been mainly in the education sector, and I retired from my last role as a tertiary lecturer in 2016. Photography has never been my full-time work, but an activity in which I have been involved for well over fifty years. My preferred genre is portraiture, and not just of people, but animals as well. It is fortunate for me that I am now able to devote more time to my choice of activities. Animals have been companions of mine for about as long as I can remember. Currently I am a registered volunteer with two animal charities close to where I live. If you plan on obtaining a pet at some future time, please consider adopting from a local animal charity, as opposed to purchasing from a breeder.
