About

Over twenty years ago, I was struggling with a health issue that left me feeling hopeless—until I came across a book by Dr. John E. Sarno. He was a pioneering physician who challenged conventional medicine by showing how many physical symptoms can be deeply connected to the mind. That idea struck me: just as our thoughts can make us blush, or someone’s words can raise our blood pressure, the mind also influences countless other functions in the body. Where, then, is the border between mind and body? In truth, there isn’t one—it’s a single mindbody. The purpose of my art is to remind us of this connection and to help people realize how much they can do for their own health and balance. Alongside short meditative guides, my designs serve as anchors—similar to practices in Neuro-Linguistic Programming—that help you reconnect with awareness. When you see, touch, or wear one of my creations, it can spark your subconscious to open the flow of energy and love. In that moment, your mindbody begins to return to harmony. And harmony, I believe, is the true opposite of disease, whether in ourselves, our society, or the world around us.
