About

I was born artistic. I was a graphic designer for 8 years when I discovered the creative potential in Photoshop. I also enjoyed photography. In early 2010 I had a flare of MS symptoms and now I'm permanently disabled. Thankfully, I saved virtually all the work I did before I became disabled so I have plenty of raw material to work with. I've re-learned to do things with my left hand as don't have full function of my (dominant) right hand. I've found new ways to do things I can't do the way I used to. When I adapt rather than giving up it's easier to adapt to the next change. This store is really therapy for me, it challenges my creativity and adaptiveness as well as helping me retain as much function of my right hand. It also gives me an outlet for the art I thought I'd have to give up. Since I can't draw or paint as I used to, I've learned to create art digitally instead. I'm excited by the sheer volume of surfaces just waiting for me to adorn with my art, photography and pattern designs!
