In the midst of the Pandemic I had a discussion with some friends by zoom. Feeling uninspired I expressed my frustration in not knowing which direction to go with my art. A simple 4 word question triggered inspiration. What do you love? I thought my kids, our pets, music, my work and science fiction. The idea of focusing on space art was what I landed on and I have had the most fun working on it, improving on it and continue to do so. The interest began when I was a child fascinated by science fiction, Star Trek specifically. The hope that it provided in a sometimes dark world led to a lifelong fascination. It is now expressed in my art.
